How do sellers have such great deals on bulk lots of pins?

The Princess Cameo Mystery Box set, which includes SnowWhite, Ariel, Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, Rapunzel, Tiana, and Jasmine, is still for sale at many WDW Merchandise locations, including Panchito’s Gifts and Sundries (we have one box left). Many mystery boxes are what I would call regulars, in that they have been on sale for many years. Boxes such as the Haunted Mansion set where each pin glows in the dark (pretty cool to see if you have not seen them), which came out in 2014, are still for sale at Panchito’s, for example. As for why people can seem to sell them for a price so low I would wager it is mostly due to theft, as was mentioned before. Cast Members, btw, get either a 20% or 35% depending on how long they have been with the company. Even then, it is against company policy for any Cast Member to purchase pins using their discount, or at a discounted rate, and then re-sell them for a profit. It is one sure-fire way to get terminated…
