how long do mods usually take to respond??

Just a thought, but it seems like some of the mods here currently have an awful lot on their plate. Had you thought about adding a few more mods to help with the heavy traffic that seems to be coming in? This forum has become a major sounding board for a lot of people. Some of the posts are heartfelt and full of care. The love that many of the members share here is beyond belief. I've seen so many people spill their hearts out and in many cases ask for help. So as I said before this is more that just a forum for pin traders. It's a home for some very wonderful people. Thanks for listening.

I also got some 'things' and never heard back from the mods
About pins I've never received and don't know what to do or if there is a other way to contact the persons?

My issue is with an auction I held 3 weeks ago the winner of the auction never replied to my many messages and never sent the pins. I didn't know where to report this. The winner is a new member with no feedback. I decided to reduction the pin as I didn't get a response from mods. I really just don't want this person to do this again as the second place had a very good bid but traded some of them while I was waiting for the winner to respond so the second place person didn't have their pins.

I still say we need some mods that are outside the US so that way there is at least 1 mod or someone people can contact at any given time just in case the big 3 are busy. We have many members from other countries and I am sure there would be a few out there that would not mind helping out for the small issues when needed. I would gladly volunteer to help out if the forum needed more eyes and ears.
