I'm going to the second party which is on the 9th of September and i'm wondering if they even make it that long?
 
You should be good. We usually do one of the early parties when we do vacations (Halloween/Christmas) and usually we have not had issue finding the pins. It is hard to say, based on the popularity of the pin, etc.
 
I've been to a couple of the parties in early October and I've never had a problem finding any of the pins that had been released up to that point in time.

That's great to hear :-D I think DH and I will be going the first week of October ^_^
 
I seem to recall some of the more popular pins in the past selling out after the second party or so. Partly because the earliest parties are at the same time as the pin event so a lot of pin people are there to get them.

It's just too early, i'd say we should start getting some info in around 6-7 weeks. Unless they release images earlier than that typically?
 
The passholder ones as well as any mystery sets will sell out in the first couple of weeks (unless they do something different) - they used to last forever, but in 2012 & 2013 things started selling out quickly. I was at one of the first Halloween parties last year and got what I needed. I was back again in mid October for a cruise and a friend went to the party - not a single pin in stock. Same thing with the Christmas party. I was there the first weekend after Thanksgiving and only a handful of one style of single pins left - plus like 20 of the boxed sets...ugh!
 
i went last year around X Mas time and they still had a few leftovers from Halloween. Not many and the more popular ones weren't there, but there were still some...
 
Can't wait to see what gets released this year. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and it will be my first halloween at disney.
