After starting collecting last month at WDW, i was quite disappointed with the folders offered in the parks, and online when i got home. So being a costume artist with lots of spare fabric and a sewing machine, i thought i would try and make my own! The case is made from leatherette, with the pages made from corkboard (cut from a bathmat!) covered in black cotton. The pages are separated with a clear vinyl plastic sheet so i can use both sides without the pins scratching each other. There are 5 pages in total, with a few other pockets for various things such as the pin backs, lanyards and the boards they come on :) I am quite pleased with the way it turned out ^^ Though i will probably replace the plastic folder at the front with something more substantial at some point! What do you all think? :)

It looks great!:D I stink at sewing (or rather, I haven't really tried and don't know how and assume I stink at it), so I am very impressed. Using corkboard from a bathmat is a great idea.

Very creative! I agree, the existing choices are very limited. I think you've found a market if you want to make some pin money. :-)
