I Need Info On 2 Pins

Hello everybody I have 2 pins but I know nothing about them except both are LE 1500. Mike spins around in a circle and Sully rocks back and forth. I didn't find them on pin pics. If you know anything about these pins please let me know. Thanks and here they are.
