Hi everyone! I'm looking for this particular pin because it holds sentimental value to me. When I was very little, my Mexican Great-Grandmother would hold Las Posadas (it means lodging in English) in her home during Christmastime. It was a re-enactment of the journey of Mary and Joseph from Nazareth to Bethlehem. Everyone in our immediate and distant family would cram into the house and eat Mexican food, sing songs, and enjoy the festivities. She has since passed (at the nice old age of 102, btw!) and we don't do Las Posadas anymore, but I have fond memories of celebrating this tradition with the family that I'll always cherish. (Not to sound too weepy!) Plus, it's a Mary Blair pin, and I love Mary's style!
