Is it possible for a Guest (who does/doesn't know they're trading scrappers) to get charged?
I'm so very curious, LOL. I just feel so horrible for the Guests who don't know better.

By the way, I had a dream last night that my entire collection consisted of fake pins. -.-
It's starting to get to me!
 
Ha ha I started a tread ages ago saying you know your addicted to pin collecting when u dream about pins lol
 
No. Just think about how many scrappers you see on cast lanyards. Those are how many guests are trading scrappers with cast members. You really can't get charged for trading a scrapper to a cast member, or even selling one on eBay. You can get charged for knowingly buying counterfeit or scrapped pins and selling them though. Read the story somewhere on this forum about a local eBay seller that just got arrested for that.
