Is the Imagination Gala your first pin event? Your first WDW pin event? Or maybe even your first trip to WDW? If so, it's likely that you're experiencing a mix of excitement at the prospect of meeting new people, putting faces to names, trading for shiny pieces of metal and nervous apprehension at the unknown, unexpected, and worry about whether your enjoyment will be dampened by wandering around like a lost puppy.
This chat will be the opportunity for you to have your questions about the WDW event asked and answered so you can attend your first event with an idea of what to expect. The scope of the chat is intended to cover pre-registration, event, and commuting to/from the event, although if time permits, I will discuss WDW itself (for those who never have been). Don't be afraid to ask any (relevant) questions you may have; remember the only silly question is the one you didn't ask and the idea of this chat is to try to make first time event attendees feel more comfortable when they walk through the building doors the first time.
I will be hosting this chat on Saturday, 23rd August at 3.00 pm PST, 6.00 pm EST, 11.00 pm GMT. I apologize if the time doesn't work for everyone; I tried to figure out a time that I thought would work for as many as possible, but still wouldn't be too late for our UK members.
