Info needed on a Koda pin... TOHO?

So I just got this pin:

Pinpics #39721 Koda - Japan
(He looks much, MUCH better in person.)

The back is smooth and has the Disney copyright, then says TOHO. Does anyone know anything about it? Especially the TOHO marking?

I think TOHO is the Japanese theater that gave out some of the Film Magic series of pins:
