I bought:

Pin 69724: DisneyShopping.com - Transportation Series - Chip & Dale

from eBay but it was missing a tiny chip of black paint on one of the tires. I contacted the seller who sent me another, flawless pin and told me to keep the original.

To me that was exceptional customer service, but then I started thinking that if I had sent someone an LE250 I would have wanted it back even if I had an extra to spare.

So my question is, is Pin 69724 an "easy" LE250 which has been on sale at DS? There are 36 persons trading and 27 wanting it on PinPics.

I'm not really thinking it's a fake (so this might be on a wrong forum) and maybe my judgment is clouded by the fact that I myself am an C&D collector, but I'm just curious.
 
I bought one very inexpensively on eBay and wondered about it too...just because I got it for so little. So I don't know. Are there known Scrappers of this pin (mine looks fine and I'm pretty good at picking out Scrappers). Hmmm,.
 
It went on sale from DS.com, so it should have been relatively easy to get.

However, I am 99.9 percent sure it was on one of the Chinese scrapper lists.

Yes, I'm pretty positive it was scrapped. It was around the same time as the Puppet Pals Pluto being scrapped which is on ebay for 4.99 and the seller even discloses that the cutouts are not correct. I'd be really concerned that yours is fake. Especially if it didn't come in the original packaging.

I have the original so if you want to post a picture of yours I can compare it to mine.
