Is this a Disney pin? Can't find on pinpics

I bought this on ebay a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't appear to be on pinpics but I'm guessing it's an official Disney pin but is just so old that it doesn't have "Disney" on the back. What do you think? It's a tiny pin, about half an inch tall.
