I am pretty sure it's Louis. He is drawn the same as on the other PATF pins. The Peter Pan croc is skinnier, and has a longer snout that is all one color.

biggest diff between the peterpan crock and the PatF croc is the eyes. But also Tick Tock has longer arms, and a less pudgey body. Luois is downright "fluffy" he is so round.
