The DPF community is in general the safest online place for trading. At least thats what I have noticed. Because negative feedback can be left on a persons itrader ratings, folks are very careful to make sure they trade properly.
Not that we dont in general trade honestly and fairly. It is a community, and those who are bad traders, usually vanish fairly quickly.
With that said, heres how you look up someone to see if they have positive feedback on DPF:
Go to the clicky toolbar below the big picture at the top.
click on itrader.
there is a search area to the right of the screen, type in the user screen name and search.
click on the name to view profile, you can also then view feedback.
Now, you can also just click to view someones profile if you are reading a reply, or a PM... For instance my profile, and thus feedback score, can be seen by simply clicking my user name to the left over there. If you are nervous, just view their feedback, if there is little or no feedback you have options such as moderator shipping or meeting up in some cases.

I do most of my trading here on DPF, even though I visit DLR regularly, have a pinpics ID. DPF has had the best memeber response rate, the safest and fastest shipping from the members, and the most fair trade agreements. I have yet to be "sharked" here, or recieve a scrap or counterfiet. I love it here.
