I bought a Bambi PODM on the bay. I paid a premium for it ($75) It was delivered yesterday and while the cel is just fine, there are 2 cracks in the paint in Bambi's face on the actual pin. Anyone with a Bambi PODM have this issue?? I contacted the seller...it wasnt disclosed on the auction, I would have never paid so much if I knew of those cracks. Boo. I just wanted to know if it was an issue with this ONE pin, or something that has been happening to all of them.
 
Im sorry I wish I had a second one to help you out with, I only have one, It's fine though, no craks. I wold definatley ask for a partial refund or just return it im sure a bambi will show up here on the forum.
 
That's just rotten luck :/ I haven't had any problem like this with my piece of disney movies. It could have happened in the mail if the package took a 'beating'? Was there a picture of the WHOLE pin in the auction? I hope you can get it sorted out with the seller!
 
No returns on ebay just means you can't return it if you change your mind. If they sent you a damaged item (even if it was damaged in the mail) you can file an item not as described dispute.
 
Listing has to note any flaws or damages, regardless. If it comes not as described and seller won't respond or still tells you no refund, you have a definite case for PayPal.

Yup, you will have a case for PayPal. PayPal is going to tell you to return the item, using trackable shipping, before they will give you the refund. You can't keep the item and get a refund.
