Jumping back into the conversation. Personally, I hope it was "production problems" and not pressure to pull the set. We all complain that Disney does not "try some new designs or themes" and I myself give them credit for taking something that is integral to all the films and taking a shot at doing a pin set. Since there were no Villains depicted on any of the pins I would not purchase the set, BUT, if they had any Villains on them I would have bought the set. IMHO.
I had this as #1 on my RSP (as an Up collector) and it was #2 on my wife's. Bummer, indeed. I've e-mailed and asked if there's anyway I can still get this set!
I really liked this set. I wanted the Bambi as you never see a pin with his father. I truly hope it was a production problem as stated. I think we should all email event services.
