Jewelry store on Main St. in MK is dumping pins again. They are selling down current inventory and not backfilling. Their pins are going away. To be replaced by......flip flops.

surprised they don't just move their inventory to another location.

I suspect they will. Probably to a cart again. Either at the end of Main St or possibly in the square. Odd thing is, it seems like there's been a new boom in pins lately. Stuff selling faster (or selling out at all--as opposed to years past). But the folks in the front office must feel like they can make more off of flip flops than pins.

It makes sense. The stores on the other side of Main Street have pins too, and the pins in the jewellery store are tucked in a back corner anyway.

I never went to the jewelry store for pins... I just hope this isn't a trend! The more exposure to pins, the more people will want to start collecting!

Frontierland like it has been. Main St. Jewellers was never the main pin location; they only sold OE stuff.
Realized that after I posted. But isn't the Frontierland spot relatively new? I've bought pins on Main St. going back into the late 90's but only noticed the FL store in recent years.

Main Street Jewelers didn't have LE but they did have Annual Passholder, mystery sets, and a larger selection of pin bags that Frontierland. We hated the cart and were excited when they put the pins back in. My son will be disappointed again.

Seems like they do this when the weather gets better and then as the winter months approach, the pins re-appear in the shop.
