Keeping track of your sets?

Hello!

My family and I are avid pin traders. We have two giant bulletin boards of our pins, and about to start on our 3rd!

One of these boards is full of sets (the other has parks, characters, DVC, etc.). Does anyone have advice for keeping track of which pins you need for your sets? In the past, we have had papers, and written notes on our iPhone. But, I'm wondering what methods other people use? With so many sets, it gets hard when you're in the parks to remember exactly which ones you have and need!

Thanks!

I don't know if you are on pin pics yet. But the website has a huge database of every pin in existance with all asigned numbers. You can create a user name on there and add all the pins you own to your collection, you can also make a list an add all your wants to it, and also if you are into trading you can make a list with all your traders.
Once you get a new oin you can take it off your wants and add it to your collection, and keep track of your pins you are accumulating.
you can add your pin pics id under your username in dpf so that others can see what you arebtrading, and you can make trades on here. You can see under my name my user id and my collection, wants, etc.

this is how i keep track of my pins.

I create private Pin Groups on Pinpics, to just list "Pins I need to complete sets." Supposedly, when the site gets its facelift those are going away, but you could start out with a pin group, and then cut and paste it to Word. I used to print out the lists and carry them around. Now, I just use my phone to access the page. But I've been playing around with saving images in Evernote (Smartphone/Tablet/Web App) too.

Another recommendation for pinpics. When I go to an event where I don't have access to the site, I copy all the pictures from pinpics on to a Word document and then print it off. That way I can flip through and see what I need.
