Was looking at ODPT.com and it was updated saying that the PoMH pin will not be released at Disneyland Resort till the 17th. Wonder if this is true or not.
 
The listing does say "updated". So why would it not be true? Maybe someone visiting DLR in the next couple of days can find out more info.
 
An informed update would be great, thanks. There is no point speculating and getting upset over this pin release until we know for sure what is going on. Right now, Disney has posted that the release date has been changed for DLR. Let's wait until someone can confirm this before we start flipping out ... and even if it is confirmed that the date has been changed, there still will be no need to flip out.

Remember that pins are meant to be good silly fun. If you aren't having fun, why are you in this habit ... er ... hobby?

I don't think anyone is flipping out. We just want to know which day we should be going to the park to buy the pins.
 
No, the initial release is only at the parks. If there are any left over (like the August Pinocchio PoFH pin), then they might show up on disneystore.com a few months later.
 
I am just tired of these last minute changes and seriously who are we going to ask??? This is what makes me upset there is NO ONE we can ask who is the authority on this. I dont know about u but I have asked different cms the same question in the same store and in different locations and each has given a different answer . . . . not sure how we ever get the "truth"
 
Gotta agree here! John & Linda go down almost EVERY month and i know it is more than 400 miles, one way, so having changes like this happen ate frustrating and can take the fun out of this habit... We hobby.

I don't know ... and if someone could post conclusively, it would be terrific.

In the past, whenever Disney has changed the release dates on a pin, it usually has been accurate and the pins were released on the new date. However, a tiny part of me just isn't sure what's going on and would like it confirmed. My instincts are saying that the pins probably won't be (or shouldn't be) released tomorrow ... but you never know ... and I'm afraid of Murphy's Law. :p
 
I asked a CM at World of Disney tonight and they said they were going to be released tomorrow, but now are going to be released NEXT Thursday! I'm hoping he's right...
 
what a bummer! I was hoping to go over tomorrow while I am in town. I guess we can see what the scenes will be by looking on ebay since they are being released at WDW tomorrow. Hard to understand what the delay could be. They could have overnighted the pins since they knew ahead of time !?!?!? Very strange...

You can look on ebay now and see...they were released at wdw trade night last Friday.

I'd like to know as well. sigh....i saw some on ebay. hopefully they didn't release at dlr after they said it would be delayed. t-t
