Out of curiosity, those that are slated to receive her on Friday, are you on the east cost, west coast? My information has not updated and I still cannot see when she will be deliveredAt least I know she is coming soon, I am just so anxious ;D
For all of you who already have the tracking information, is your package being shipped through ups or usps? My information is still not coming up and says it the link is broken or expired
This is what I thought too. I don't remember them ever using anything other than ups, however, my confirmation email says that my packages were shipped through usps. Very odd. I just really, really want to know when I will receive my doll.I think Disney uses UPS only so it should work on UPS. If you click on the tracking details on the email it should take you there directly.

Everything will turn out ok, lets think positive and bring in good vibesugh im freaking out cuz im having so many problems with her!!! why!!!!?!?!?its not like she'snot my favorite or anything -_- first there was a problem with the card (my mom's card was reported lost so she got a new one oops our fault thought it was fixed when i called) then today they called me again saying there was an issue and turns out they out down the wrong expiration date -________- so i hope now everything gets all sorted out!
Yes, I did. But my closest store is actually in Temecula, as I live in Murrieta, but it is closed for remodel until the 12th or next month =(

I think the simple fact that they called you to get the correct expiration number indicates that they are taking care of you and making sure you have the chance to claim your doll. I hope it all works out!
Have you called the Disney Store. It could give you peace of mind or at least give you the chance to fix whatever problems there might be and make sure you get your doll. If there are any reserves for returns or quality control, they could make sure you get the doll you are due or at least find her for you.I still can't see my tracking information!! Did you say you were located outside the US? If so I would not worry too much. I also have one that I ordered to come directly to me here in Australia saying that it is still active. I read here on the forum that they were going to start sending them out on Wednesday and Thursday so it should be shipped out tomorrow. By the sounds of it they did all the domestic orders first and then the international ones will be tomorrow.
i also ordered another and had it shipped to my address in the US and that one says it has been shipped. I would be more worried if the international orders are processed and shipped and yet your order is still in the active status but you should expect it to have the tracking details by tomorrow.
Thank you, I will give that a try. I have 2 tracking numbers, one finally says departed from TN, but does not give me an arrival date. I just hope its the doll. I will call them either way.
