The Highland Garage (under the shopping center) (Is that what it is called?) is open. A tad pricey, but had plenty of parking.

I'm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and I was thinking the same thing to the "55 degrees at 3 PM. Brrrrrrrr" comment, hahaha.
I'm still in a fairly light hoodie until it goes into the low 30s for a daytime high.

Glad to hear this is a much much calmer release though!
