I am headed down to DLR the week of the 17th (November) . Since there are so many scrappers on the CM lanyards, I was thinking of either trying to do my part to get some legitimate pins on the lanyards or just giving away pins to deserving youngsters in the parks.
That is where you, the community, come in. I looked at my stash of pins and I don't have enough to put my plan into place. I was going to allocate around $60 to this effort.
Since I first thought of this much has happened. My wife's mother died on Halloween after a long illness and we have been busy going back and forth to their house to settle matters and be with family. My wife was going to stay home to be with her mother but now that she has passed, she wants to get away with me and try and forget about that. Since Disneyland is such a magical place for both of us, naturally that is where she wants to go. It is the same place we went when my mother passed back in 94.
I am looking for authentic pins and as many as possible for this plan. I know there are some sales around the forum for around $1.50 per pin. So if anyone can ship me around 40 - 60 pins for my $60 that would be great. If I am way off here, I understand.
Per forum rules(paraphrasing), all prices would have to reflect PayPal seller fees. All transactions should be done as a payment for goods instead of a gift, unless privately discussed between seller and buyer. Please Note: All transactions done as GIFTS do not offer ANY form of buyer protection via PayPal and are done at the buyer's own risk!
Thanks for any help you can provide with this effort. Trying to make this a great trip for my wife. Since this is time sensitive, I would have to have the pins in my possession by 11/15. I know not much time.
This will be our first trip with the new regulations for disabled guests. I will report back on how that part of the trip goes. My wife is currently waiting for a lung transplant and is on 10lpm of oxygen. We now have to take the three feet tall canisters everywhere we go. I am hopping that the lockers are deep enough to hold them or maybe one of the first aid stations. Anyone have a clue on that?
Please follow all DFP forum rules and if I did not, please have a moderator let me know.
Please post here or PM any "deals". I live in Northern California, so take that in to account for shipping.
Thank you
