So, I received an order from ShopDisney today and I'm a little disappointed in the quality contol on the pins.

First, both of the Hunchback Anniversary pins that came have paint dips, one much worse than the other.

Second, one of the Trader Sam pins I received is missing the magnetic piece that keeps the top piece in place. So sad.

Dang Paint-Dips. Grr. I'm sorry.

That is disappointing.
I’ve been seeing that pretty much all the Magical Comics pins out of the parks have slight blemishes and imperfections. I wonder if we’re hitting the pins produced at the factories at the height of Covid and this is a hopefully temporary problem of lower staffing or if this will be a permanent decline in quality.

It’s new… released by Pulse Gallery / Artland on July 1st. Looks like it’s sold out.

Can you tell me what the back of it looks like? I'll see about submitting it to PinPics, which may help anyone looking for it or looking to trade it. But PP would like descriptions of the back of the pins. Thanks!

I don't know what this means, but I was frankly surprised when these were first announced. No Alice, no Queen of Hearts, no Mad Hatter, no Playing Card Soldiers, and no King of Hearts. The only two "main" characters featured are Cheshire Cat and the White Rabbit. Like, is there another set coming out later with the other main characters?

Looooong long running joke. Now sadly lost to time and memory thanks to The Great Hijack. XD

My new pins from June.

Thank you to @ItzaPinfan for DLR pickups including the Avengers logo jumbo from Avengers Campus. She also zapped me the Quinjet pin, and that was such a surprise! Thank you so much. Then villains! Happy to find the full set of Loungefly blind box flames and Cruella to continue the Artfully Evil set.

More park pick-ups from @ItzaPinfan. A new cowboy for the side collection, but I couldn’t resist the goodbye sign pin either. I also needed the Disneyland reopening pins. The Cinderella pins are to zap a friend. The Aladdin pin was to get me to free shipping on shopDisney; I was hoping for Star Wars.

Rainbow pins! Disney can just take my money for pride month. Especially excited for the DSSH and DLP ones.

I can’t finish without Star Wars! I finally found that elusive Tie Echelon and the May the 4th jumbo. Also happy to grow the Grogu collection, and I had to have the Loungefly lenticular posters.

Not much pin mail the past few weeks, but what I have gotten has been great!

First is the amazing trade with @summerskin. So many goodies didn’t make it into the picture because the boys snagged them. Was able to snap a picture of some amazing socks she sent in the next picture. Definitely my favore version of the Incredibles. Thanks again.

The pins in this one are auction wins. Already had the Chip, so he will be a trader, but couldn’t pass up on Dale.

How do they work?
The rainy day series was two connecting pins on one backer card, like so:

The Fox and the Hound pins that Anise showed are shaped pretty much exactly like the Rainy Day pins and were shown on the flyer together IIRC, but they are on separate, standard WDI backer cards.
