So here at Villain Central it was another busy afternoon, the Agenda of our GPB was swamped

100 pm meeting with Diabolical order of Mayhem<Doom> for plans for SWW:eek2:.
135 pm Meeting with Orange bird to see if he can be converted<side note to remove all pits from office>:drool:
155 pm Pose for Company letterhead with other Dept Heads. :shock:
235 pm Make sure that No one has seen what I did last summer :naughty:
300 pm Check mail.......
But wait this package isnt supposed to be here?

And the Second most difficult one to obtain<first most difficult for me> in the set of Villains!!

My mind plotted, i called Ms Goodbody, my secratary and told her to cancel my appointments , this conundrum was taking top priority!!!

First we will run analysis of the envelope, the writing and then the DNA on the inside of the LBE,,,,,
I saw a blinding flash of white and then I thought I knew who this masked Zapper was...............
Secretly I was in awe of thier fiendish talents and their purely evil success at Zapping,
and Had I the identity of this Pinner from the Shadows I would surely tell them
