So, as it turns out, with some help trading through PinPics, as well as an extremely lucky trip to Hot Topic, I am now one pin away from being a Mochi completist (until Saturday). I would love to trade for or purchase the Mochi Cat Portrait pin released at D23 in July (Pin Pics # 122729).

In January, as part of my daughter's 5th birthday, we are actually looking to get for her a calico persian similar to Mochi so being a Mochi completist will be extra special for her.



Please check my pin pics, same user id as here, to see if there is anything that you would want for him. If you would rather sell, then I can try to make that work as well. Thank you!

Edit: And if someone can please pick up that Mochi signpost for me on Saturday, we would be really grateful, and I would love to trade or purchase that one as well.

So, my rule of thumb for being a completist, which can be way off base and unnecessary, is to have everything related to that character/movie/ride/etc that is on pin pics. That isn't to say that there aren't pins out there not on pin pics (like this ABD Zero to Hero Hercules pin that Arendelle was kind enough to sell to me), but in general, that is what I go by. That is why although I have all Lost pins on pinpics, I don't consider myself to be a completist without 63473, which is probably more of a pin than the Mochi I was after.

Having said that, this past weekend, I was on a mission to track down Pin Pics # 123130, since even though it isn't a pin per se, it's on pin pics and includes a likeness of Mochi, albeit not as cute a one as the others. All of the employees at Hot Topic swore that they didn't have any more BH6 merchandise, that the "fad", as they called it, had died down, and I was welcome to instead purchase their abundance of Marvel gear. Not today! I scoured the store looking for this button pin to no avail. But there, right by the register, engulfed in a sea of other buttons, my wife spotted the button I was after. And only $1.99!!



So now, I am one away from being a completist until Saturday. Please help!! I don't think they have this D23 pin at Hot Topic!

Are you purchasing a breeder or just a pet Persian? They're so adorable (Persian momma, here)! Our little blue, Bug, was supposed to be a Queen but when she never grew bigger than her six pound body frame, we vetoed finding her a true love. I hope you'll post pictures one you get the new furbaby so we can all admire him/her.
 

You're right, and I was wondering if someone would mention that, but we already have two persians, Minnie and Daisy, so we have to get a third. Still debating on the name, Mickey or Mochi, but we are set on calico if one is available when we are ready to purchase. That's why I'm pushing for Mochi. Somehow, I think my pick will win out if I get completist status. Pin collector logic!

They will all be pets and Daisy, like yours, is just barely over 5 pounds. Absolutely there will be many pictures forthcoming in January so stay tuned!
 
@froggerway - I have some of the Cats pins you are looking for. I'm only trading for the WDI 60th Anniversary characters with diamonds I need. I can't figure out how to upload an image from my computer to this forum.
