My 1st ever WDW haul!

Pins with purchase right now are the 2012 Hidden Mickey Completer Mystery Pins. I'm not sure. Rapunzel Perfume Bottle, Chip 'n Dale Sleeping, Donald Paint Can (seems to be the three hardest to get), Mr Toad Star, Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh & Friends, Purple Tonal Figment, Compass Figment, costume Icons Fantasyland, continent Stamps Australia & Antartica, Duffy's Hat Collection - Chef.
 
Well we are going to attempt to meet around 7 it seems! shall we pick a spot? I highly recommend behind the castle to ensure that none of us get barraceded out of our reservations by parade crowds. Maybe snag a table in gastons tavern?
or is there somewhere a little less crowded we should try? This is exciting!
 
(Little I also fell in love with a wyland painting at the Polynesian...




But it's 2G zero financing over 24 months!!!! I fell hard for the painting last year at WDW. And seeing it again made me fall in love!!!
 
Great haul! We are going to be at WDW a week from Monday. I am excited to see what pins I can get and also going to do my first pin trading hopefully.
 
Awesome pins!! That framed set is just amazing! Going to be a lovely reminder when you get home of your trip whenever you look at it
 
Had lunch at Be our Guest a couple of weeks ago (seems longer LOL).

My daughter and I always go to the customer service areas of the parks and ask for the pin book to do cast member trades. The Concerige Desk at the Deluxe resorts are also a good place to go to look at the pin books.

Pin books at the concierge desks are often good as are the pin boards and books at hotel gift shops. Some of the bell stands even have pin books and boards. If in doubt, ask! I've been surprised at all the places that have them. For a while, even the Main St candy shop had a pin book. Not a big one but big enough to check!!

Also, if you are staying on property, check the book/board at your hotel and let the cast members know if you're needing something specific (in a hidden mickey). Often it will appear on the board the next day. Sometimes even sooner. Pixie dust is cool like that.

Alwys seem to find something we want, and you don't have to worry about about the trade, they'll gladly take your doubles. We usually pick up an inexpensive starter lanyard to use for cast member trades. They had a good 8 pin lanyard for less than $20. with an over $50. purchase when I was there a few weeks ago.

I have a had good success at MK guest services. They asked me if I wanted to see the pin book and I did and they pulled it out and they had a good selection!
