my dad.....don abe needs help

He can't post anything anywhere, he wants to post and respond but even in the help and test sections he cant post anything it keeps saying he does not have access to do anything at all can he be allowed access please.

Did he click on the activation email that he was sent? That's usually the first reason of why anyone is unable to post.

He has before thats why we are puzzled as to why he cannot post all the sudden.
