This is the character Gigi from a Chinese animated series called Panda Fanfare. Basically a cartoon trying to ride on the coattails of Kung Fu Panda, as it was also about kung fu and pandas.

Looked her up, can't find the pin. This is a photo from March, so I'll have to dig the pin out and see what the back says.
