I have a handful of pins that my daughter collected when we had Disney passes, she would like me to sell them for her so she can get started on a study course. Where the heck do I begin? There are less than 20 pins so I don't think it's going to bring the $200 she needs but every little bit will help... I don't know how to find out what their numbers are, or how valuable any are. A couple are still in packaging and a couple say "Limited Edition" Can someone point me to a source?

Thank you!!

What @starry_solo said - You want to go to PinPics and start searching for the pins. You can do this by first going to the site (pin pics.com), then clicking on "Search" in the left hand column, and clicking on "Disney Pins" under Advanced Search. Then click "Continue." On the next page, scroll down, and where it says "To search for specific words in the pin name or description, enter the words here:", you can type in things like the character or movie's name, or any dates or writing on the pin. After that, you're probably going to need to search through pages and pages of pictures to find each pin. It's a bit of a hassle, but it will be worth it if any of your daughter's pins are valuable. Once you find the pictures, write down each pin number for reference.

You can let me know if you need any more help by PMing me on this site or by emailing me at sorapandora@AOL.com.

Hope I helped!

Are you in Southern California? There are some places that you can take your pins and sell a collection rather than individually, but I would at least look them up first on pinpics as the others have states. If you need any store names let me know.

Thank you everyone! Unfortunately Phoenix we are no longer in SoCal, we moved to Oklahoma 8yrs ago and haven't been to Disney since :(

I don't think I have anything of any real interest, and I'm still not sure how to gauge value, but based on the pinpics site only one of the pins were in a much higher demand that what was being traded....

So should I take pictures of the actual pins I have or is it acceptable to use the pictures on pinpics? or are pictures really necessary?

Oh thank you Judy for the link! I guess I should have figured there would be restrictions on selling. I have no intentions of actually joining the community (no offense anyone!!) I'm just not interested in trading pins, it was something fun we did when we went to the Park, but not something we feel the desire to continue with.

My dd is 14 and wanting to study herbs, she needs $200 to begin the course she's chosen and is trying to find ways to raise the money.
I really appreciate the warm welcome and help I've received here and certainly don't want to step on any toes, should I just list these on ebay??
