oh wow and i was just there about a week ago and they still had the cowboy mickey. didnt think much of it at the time, sucks i missed out on that one. but the cinderella one is nice might head over this weekend to pick it up :)

Yes and yes. You are buying a Sundae called a "Pin Trader Delight" for $13 but you get an LE300 pin with it. I consider it you're buying a LE300 pin and you're getting ice cream with the pin.
