Here it is I searched the other EU disney stores and found an updated banner on the Spain DS site. UK and German still the old one.
The new release for 16 January. Just the same as the recent US release unfortunately, which in't very popular. It still is pin trading 2013

For me, I ain't going to get it. Jungle Book just isn't a movie that appeals to me. the 60€ price tag isn't making it any better. The box is beautifull, better than the previous aladdin/ariel box
 
why it isn't a good release:
-Jungle book is not popular
-expensive
-SAME AS THE US

I dont think it will sell out anytime soon. and because it's released in the US we can't buy it for trade because the ones who want it can buy it too.
 
It's up on the UK store now too, another expensive box set, great.... I can't think they'll sell many as most people don't have much money after Christmas and the film isn't super popular.

I like it but I'm not going to buy it for that price just for 3 pins these box sets are getting more expensive at least we know the next pin to be released is the villians sidekicks!
 
I'm so sick of these box sets. You'd think they learned from their previous releases; the Cinderella and Lost Boys sets are still online, hell, even the Aladdin, and they already have another one.

Good for the Jungle Book collectors though.

gaah just saw this, i was getting all excited over a new release as it will have been a while, and thought they might put it up today, but disappointed i'll be waiting at least another 3 weeks for a pin i want, i'm guessing they're back to every two weeks anyway. not mad about jungle book, so its a shame the box is so pretty, and im looking forward to the end of box sets, so you definitely know it will be sidekicks next? do we have any clues as to who? hoping for hyenas!!
 
I was thinking how the release would be if it was that great box, but then Frozen or tangled themed. I think everyone would have gone crazy. Dramaaaa LOL
I think that that would make a great future release ( :x:fingers crossed)
 
:p I collect Shere Khan and live in the UK, so I'm happy to co-op if anyone wants the other two pins. Won't buy it otherwise.
 
Another box set....ugh. Why can't we go back to getting our own pins, if we r all getting the same there's no tradeability! I won't be going for this, the price is ridiculous, and it won't trade well.....we need decent traders plz disney!!!!!!......why oh why haven't they understood that!!! I don't think there'll be much drama with this one!

The pins are pin-on-pin and the lower right pin is approx 2 5/8" (6.6 cm) tall. Book is about 6" x 6" (15.25 cm sq). There are images on both front inside cover and back inside cover. The pins are contained on a thick book "page"

OtherSteve, could I be really cheeky and ask for a close up of the big pin? I collect Shere Khan, so am considering buying this set just for that pin featuring him, but would love to see how he looks close up before I decide that. :)
 
I'm loving all the Jungle Book baby things on Disney Store.com- I think it is a perfect movie to deck out the nursery with! These pins look so beautiful! Thank you for posting the pictures Steve!
