Hi Everyone!
I am new to the Disney pin forum and I am looking forward to chatting with everyone and begin doing some trading! I am also looking forward to the trade arcade on the 28th!
A little about me:
- I'm a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder
- I have been to Disney World over 20 times!
- I am hoping to visit Disneyland in 2026
- My main collection consists of Attractions, Hotels, Figment, Orange Bird, and Park Icons!
- I have 450+ pins and my collection keeps growing!

I hope to have connections with everyone and make some great trades in the future :)

Hi there, and welcome to DPF! How long have you been collecting pins?

Those are some great collections!

There are a bunch of us who are local to DLR, so if you need any info or tips closer to your trip just let us know!
Thank you so much! I actually started collecting in 2020 once the pandemic hit (through Disney store), and finally went back to the parks in 2022 since 2013!

I will definitely post when my trip to DL gets closer! Very excited! I want to stay at the Disneyland Hotel!

Welcome! I'd love to see your Figment and Orange Bird pins. I collect those as well, and love discovering pins I didn't know about.
Thank you for the welcome! Here is my Figment and Orange Bird collection - small but mighty!

The Figment pin that has him above the EPCOT ball and says "Let your imagination soar!" in orange was actually my first pin I ever purchased in 2020!

Hello!
I really like how you have the orange bird planes flying! Very cool!
I had the same thought. The 3 HD OB planes are a nice touch.

Welcome!

For many of us DPFers, in 2020 shopdisney was our entertainment also. Chasing all of the pin releases and the plastic keys is what I recall. I don't collect Minnie, but chased the entire series of Minnie Mouse Main Attraction (MMMA) pin sets during the pandemic. Did you chase the Minnie Mouse pins in 2020 on shopdisney? I am now slowly trading my MMMA pins away. The fun of pin trading.

Hi Andrew. Welcome. I love your collections. Disneyland Hotel is wonderful. We stayed there once.
I'm so happy to hear that! Have you ever eaten at Goofy's Kitchen? The food / value seems more worth it than Chef Mickey's here on the East coast! I also love all the details in the rooms, especially the light up headboard and firework patterned carpet!

Thank you so much :) I did not collect the MMMA pin set, but I was attempting to start collecting the Mickey Mouse Main Attraction pins, I only ended up collecting two haha!

Hi and Welcome! Thank you so much for sharing your collection. You're off to a fantastic start and we're looking forward to watching it continue to grow, one pin at a time!

The last time I stayed at the Disneyland Hotel, and by extension ate at Goofy's Kitchen, was in 2019. The hotel room was really nice and I like the details, especially the light up headboard. I went to Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast and I really liked it; however, because so much time has passed, I wouldn't guarantee what may or may not still be the same. Unless things have drastically changed, I would recommend going.

The light up headboard was really cool. If I can find a photo I'll post it but it was awhile ago so no telling where it is. I think it might have made noise too. If you wish upon a star.

I don't know about Goofy's Kitchen, but there is also a
character breakfast in the park at Plaza Inn and I've heard great things about that. Storytellers Cafe at the Grand might be a good option too!

Oooh, I have heard good things about Storytellers Cafe, but I'm going to have to look into the breakfast at Plaza Inn! Thank you for the suggestions :)
