I had the same issue for weeks,and never got a response. I finally figured out by trying a different browser. For some reason it just doesnt let you sign up on one browser but it did on other. Suggest that if they havent tried it yet.
 
Took me about a week before my husband was able to sign up. we tried and tried, and then finally it just worked.
 
I was able to sign up right away but it took awhile for me to get the email confirmation that I had to click to "finalize" my membership. I think it sat in my junk mail for a day or two as well!
 
Had the same problem when I registered. Kept saying I was a spammer :shock: don't know how I finally managed to get through.
