That was posted on Pinpics ..if no one saw it..just passing it on as I was getting 4 trades ready

Up and running sort of now, but they are changing a lot of the links it looks like, since my "saved passwords" do not recognize it anymore
 
Now I've got to reset all my favorite links. :lol: Every one have fun exploring new grounds! Post whatever you can find!
 
the layout is pretty cool! I was hoping for a new trade assistant format, though.... hopefully this is still in the works!!!
 
Sad to see adds though tyhe one thing about both [pinpics and long gone dizpins (rip) was they were add free I am also less happy about jargon it took me a bit to find where the pins actually were! Still I expect I will ge tused to it

Have you noticed...

Since PinPics new update, their photos of pins are no longer showing on the boards?

(example see the zap posts where some traders have used the photo of the pin they have received)

I take it we are using the pin number & description now...
 
I have noticed this also... ugh... it's very upsetting... I think its most all images, not just images from pinpics though.
 
The website address has changed for the photos. Now, it starts with gallery.pinpics.com I think like someone else mentioned, if you cut and paste the new info, it will be fine. And if you go back and update the links, those will work again too. See, I just copied these and they are fine.

This might be a way to keep people from hotlinking their images. Hotlinking increases their bandwith usage which then costs them more money to host and run their site.

In order to keep costs down for pinpics it would be better if we could all save the image to our own computer and then upload/link to DPF.
