I wouldn't advertise that you're planning to buy WDI pins for re-sale as someone at WDI could easily see this thread.
Because if you're a cast member and you buy them for resale you can be fired. And if you're a guest of a cast member and you re-sell the pins they helped you get, then the cast member who brought you in can be fired as you are signed in by them and can be traced back to them.
I know that nobody seems to care about the actual rules of the store, but it is not permitted to buy WDI pins for re-sale.
