New UK pins

I'm getting a bit fed up of not being able to purchase pins at the UK Disney Store. I work there and even I don't get a chance to purchase the new pins because by the time I make it in on a Saturday they've all sold out.
A guest came into store this morning and bought 5 of the new Cars pins. When the Little Mermaid pin came out a few weeks ago one guest bought 4 of them. We only get issued with 10 pins per store.

It's a real problem and I wanted to know other peoples opinions. Or am I just moaning?

Unfortunately my local store wasn't one of the lucky ones that continued pin trading. So I don't know about the situation in store, but I thought there was a limit per person which was enforced? Although the online situation isn't good either with people trying to get pins

I dont even think my local store even sells pins anymore there not on any shelf and they are not near the tills.

I thought it was 2 pins per customer? If people are buy 5 at a time no wonder people miss out!

It's supposed to be limited to 2 per customer. Some CMs still don't seem very clued up.

You're right!! It's supposed to be a maximum of 2 pins per guest!

+1. If I saw that people were doing stuff wrong in my place of work, I'd tell them to stop. If that didn't work, I'd go to the store manager.

that is one downside to the hobby. I remember the Manchester store sticks to the 2 per customer rule.

That is so very frustrating. I'd talk to the store manager or someone higher up about this issue.
Especially if you're a cast member for that store, you should at least be able to have access to the inventory.

I will try talking to my manager, although I think he is aware of the situation already. I might try and talk to my District Manager next time she's in! Thanks for the advice guys
