This pin is lovely - you are right the pictures do no justice.

The balloon is like a rubbery effect so it feels real.
 
I have so had it with this crappy quality from the UK Disney Store pins lately.
None of the ones I get are in good condition.
(the latest Rapunzel ones has got like little holes all over, Olaf has got black spots)

I got 2 of the Up! pins for trade only, as I don't collect Up! myself.

The red balloons ... both have black smudges on them, one I could just rub it off with my finger.
The other one, it won't seem to get off.
Is there any way to clean this? No one on earth would want this in their collection, I can't trade it like this?
I tried making it wet, it just won't come of.

There's 9 £ down the drain :rant:

And I've only known know, because they have arrived at my parents house, and I hadn't been here since they arrived untill yesterday, and I only opened all my mail that arrived here just now.

I never had any issues, I'm always so afraid when mine arrive, though. I saw many people with the same UP flaw.

They will refund you if you act pissed, though.
 
If you ever get a response through e-mail (which I've never had in the past), I ain't calling them, I'll loose more money like that.

They got ordered January 29th. But I don't know what day they arrive, I believe you get 30 days from the day they arrived.
I think February 5th or so.

I'll have a look at the website, maybe luck will be on my side for once and I can ship them back tomorrow.
 
Mine bothe came in perfect condition sorry that yours came damaged The only way you will find them sorting it is calling them up they will tell you to send them a photo so do that first before you call them up and they will refund or let you choose another pin what I've done in the past was choose another pin if there's no more of that pin leaft and they will Send you that pin but don't send the damaged pin back I always keep mine and they never email saying they want it back they will tell you on the phone that to send it back but once you have received the other pin that's it you won't hear back from the, at all hope this helps damien
 
I would email them with a photo and see what happens. Some people have gotten refunds and a few select others managed to get a replacement, no idea how!
 
a lot of people also recommend contacting them through facebook, apparently they respond quicker that way
