Apparently they gave out WDI fastpasses to conventioneers so there will be no line needed.
 
Confirm! All 150 Fast Pass Wristbands are accounted for. Good luck guys if need any for your collections. Options are only to do eBay or at the Event. At least, "Disney" attendants have the option to buy these pins. The Jessica's, Mystery Boxes and Castles will be in private collections or will be sold to cover the cost associated with attending (plane ticket, room, food, membership, ect.). Every will want these but few will get them. Deep pockets will divide the Haves and Wants among collectors. The only positive is eBay sellers knew the same time we did so they could not beet us in line to sell them to us.
Side note: they are not UP Castles as WDI may not have gotten Pixars authority to do this or I'm time for the release date so they are termed "Castles with balloons".

Every year different pins are never pre-announced and dedicated fans go to these Event and blah pins are released. This year Grail pins were pre-announced and glad old time collectors who always go to these will get them. I think they were announced early because NO DSF booth this year and maybe paying membership dues are down?

DSF will NOT have a booth as they are in preparations for the Pixar Trade Event.

Glad I don't have to pay to be a member to sleep in an alley.

Im hoping to get a set from someone going just gotta hope for the best xD

they may not be up castles so if I cant get them Ill give them a miss but still want them lol
 
I am looking for the Jessica pin set plz PM me if you have a way to get them as i am a member of this club and was going to be there at O'Dark:thirty. But with what Master just posted i guess im gunna have to get them from a fellow pin trader that is nice enough to get them for me. Im willing to pay or trade for them. take a look at my traders via my DPF ID.

FYI - The word is that the WDI booth will be over in the other ballroom to the right of the lobby, not in the ballroom where the convention seminars were held.
 
I'm so glad I didn't want any of the Jessica or other WDI pins they released at Disneyana! Instead I found some very cool Haunted Mansion items I didn't have! I also got 2 Room for One More pins I wanted, the event pin and the Jumbo stretching room pin! And the prices were very good. The jumbo pin was originally $64.95 and I paid $80.00 for it. Not a bad mark up! I also got the DLR HM 40th event key chain in box. It was another great sale this year. Lots of Haunted Mansion items, more than last year as a friend of mine was even selling some of his HM collection. Anyone else get any good deals?
 

I saw lots of HM stuff. I wish I knew more so I could have picked up some really good traders. I saw lots of Disney Auctions and Disneystore.com pins too, for pretty cheap. I managed to pull quite a few good $3 and $6 pins. I think my best finds were a DA LE250 Tinkerbell for $6, DLR Surprise Space Mountain LE750 FastPass Artist Proof for $20, and a Grand Californian Hotel LE500 10th Anniv. for $3!? It was a great day to just dig through bins. My first experience of that magnitude.

Suprisingly very few Star Wars / Star Tours pins to be had. Almost NO Cars Land pins, definetly not the ones from D23 last year that are in my signature. I heard some people saw my 5th Anniv. of the Grand Californian for $6 in a room while room hopping but I never saw it. :cry:
