Has ANYONE received Oct Park Pack??? I got two emails saying it would "SOON BE on its WAY". Then this AM- "SORRY NOT AVAILABLE"?!!!? Of course my CC has been charged!!
I'm wondering if the pins were poor quality & were pulled? Thanks DS for charging my CC in advance of shipment- NOT!!!

I haven't heard a peep. Started to wonder what's up around the 15th but waited a few days since they just rolled out the new subscription enrollment. Based on your info, I think I will poke around a bit and see if they have an estimated delivery date. Thanks!
 
I had the exact emails. Two emails a day apart saying something magical is coming my way - then this AM the "we aren't shipping your stuff" email

So Disney tried a box service and screwed it up.

When I logged in to my DS account and reviewed the account history it showed two orders placed for the Park Pack. Both showed a $0.00 charge. When I checked the order status for each, one was open with this message, "Placed: 10/17/2015 06:10:41 AM PDT Sorry, we're unable to obtain the current status of your order right now. The information below might not includes recent updates. Please try again later. Or, you can contact Guest Services for assistance. " The other order number showed an order status of "closed."

When I asked the DS CM to please clarify, she said that the open order wasn't really an order and that the closed order was the real order. I asked why it showed closed and she said that meant it had shipped. I replied that I had not received an email with shipping information and a tracking number and that's when she said it hadn't shipped yet. I asked her why the order status showed closed, and she said a "closed" order status means the order has been shipped. The conversation made my head hurt. The only useful information I was able to get out of the conversation was that October 22 is the earliest date PP boxes will be shipped.

I get the impression the DS is not prepared for a subscription service. I am very curious about the orders that appear to be canceled. StitchTrader, Did you order the monthly subscription or the annual?
 
Someone on the DisneyPinTrading subreddit said that they had called customer support and they had said the emails were sent in error/orders were still live. Not sure if anyone else has heard that, though.

I heard that on Facebook as well.
 
The first time DS was called, I was told my credit card was expiring and they could not do a subscription with a credit card that was almost expired. I did not have the card with me and thought that was kind of odd. Why would they cancel the order and not call to let me know about the credit card? When I looked at the card later, the cc actually expires in 2017. I called DS back and then was told it was an error and the set would still ship. They said they will be sending out emails to inform us of the error.
 
I received an email from Disney saying there was a mixup and my order was being processed. Looking at the website it looks like I have 3 orders processing. No shipment date yet.

I remember when I ordered it said it would ship by the 22nd but I still don't have a shipment date or tracking number. Has anyone gotten shipping confirmation?

So Olaf, Kronk, and Haunted Mansion. I wonder if the variants are each of the hitchhiking ghosts filled in and the fourth is all of them or none of them filled in? Or maybe a progression of filled-in (so none, one, two, and all three)?

Haunted Mansion!!!!! Oh boy! ;)

that at all said, I'm rather excited, since I have a new and fledging HM collection. I sparkly heart love Kronk, but I'm not thrilled with the snowman, even though I have an A&E collection. Hmm. Well 2/3 ain't bad. Can't wait for November!
