When I logged in to my DS account and reviewed the account history it showed two orders placed for the Park Pack. Both showed a $0.00 charge. When I checked the order status for each, one was open with this message, "Placed: 10/17/2015 06:10:41 AM PDT Sorry, we're unable to obtain the current status of your order right now. The information below might not includes recent updates. Please try again later. Or, you can contact Guest Services for assistance. " The other order number showed an order status of "closed."
When I asked the DS CM to please clarify, she said that the open order wasn't really an order and that the closed order was the real order. I asked why it showed closed and she said that meant it had shipped. I replied that I had not received an email with shipping information and a tracking number and that's when she said it hadn't shipped yet. I asked her why the order status showed closed, and she said a "closed" order status means the order has been shipped. The conversation made my head hurt. The only useful information I was able to get out of the conversation was that October 22 is the earliest date PP boxes will be shipped.
I get the impression the DS is not prepared for a subscription service. I am very curious about the orders that appear to be canceled. StitchTrader, Did you order the monthly subscription or the annual?
