Tbh I think autograph would look better nicely matted and framed with a photo of the actor/ess on display with any dolls, rather than on the box where it might be hard to see or subject to fade. At least on paper you can make sure to preserve it properly
If it were me and the COA was easy enough to remove I would ask them to sign on the COA, if the background isn't too dark.
