Pin 85369 - Vinylmation 3D Monstro

We have been EVERYWHERE in WDW trying to find this pin for almost two months. The CM's at D-Street keep confusing it with the "flat Mystery pin Monstro" and keep pointing us in that direction.

Has anyone seen this 3D pn on the racks, and if so, where??

Its always fun looking for pins but this is very strange to me since there is nothing special about it.

P.S. asked a CM at EPCOT Pin Central about it and he did not know "who/what" Monstro was/is. LOL !!

Isn't he a DLR pin? I will check this weekend, I'm pretty sure they sell him at DLR though.
