good morning good good pin traders,
The Grand Poobah has a quandry, one of us minions found this pin<see below> at the Circus this weekend, but cant find it on pinpics,we had the VI scribes tire over this one for hours still no soap .......
Soooo,, can anyone identify this or is this another Villain Inc, we found the ap before the pin is released?

the image, although poor is of Goofy with a trio of balloons <red yellow and blue> and a bucket of popcorn,walking down what appears to be Main St, a Disneyesque street lamp and Chip and Dale following picking up fallen kernels of puffed maize.
IT is a pin on pin and does have the 2012 PTL, but other than the AP stamp and the MIC box no markings at all. Waffle mickey head backing,
