Pin releases in waves
Well I'm obviously not happy if they do decide to limit the item (whatever they may be) for obvious reasons but on a non biased argument what if someone wants to complete their set. It's possible to be impossible for them to complete their sets if the item in question is a mystery item. My example was that I did buy 83 of those Puzzle piece boxes the same day (or the day after) the Pixar boxes first came out. I DIDN'T GET A SINGLE SNOW WHITE CHASER!!!!!

Whether one wants to complete a set or not is not the issue. Besides with all the extras obtained by purchasing an excessive amount of pins it seems logical that a trade could have been made with another collector to complete the set. Or, one can purchase the last pin needed on eBay.

The rules set forth with LE pins allows a large group of people to purchase the pin. The same rules must be set forth with limited release pins. It is only fair to the pin trading and collecting community.

So I was just informed that the Pixar Mystery boxes are in stock at DLR not WDW. Can anyone pick me up some boxes at cost plus shipping? I really would like to finish my set. Any pins I get that I already have I plan on trading, so hopefully we can find some matches.

What's a brick? Is that the same as a "case" where each case has 10 boxes? But the "case" isn't sealed? Is that a brick?

And my next question is - since there's a limited edition in this set and it's been 30 days since the first release, can one call guest services and order over the phone?

I was just on the phone with guest services, they told me in stock at DLR but not WDW. The woman seemed very unsure that she could sell over the phone. Please let me know if you can

Shoot.... I wonder if there in DTD at DLR??? I can't go into the park (not an AP)!!!! AGH!!!! ><

Good luck with finding them Melissa, Dizpinfreak and anyone else! I'm sure you'll get some!

If anyone gets any doubles in a pack, I'd love to trade!

I need Sally, Mater, Wall-E, Merida, the Cubs, Syndrome and the whole UP set. I only plan on collecting the regular set, not the LE set, so I have a bunch of chasers in my current set that I would eventually like to replace with the regular pins.

Just called guest services again. They let me order 4 boxes! They are shipping from DLR, so I won't get them for another 10 business days

Huh??? Well heck if that's the case I wanna order some boxes!!! lol I have a store credit enough for 3 of them.... bahhhh... how did u do that?? lol

I called the guest services number and gave them the sku. I spoke with a different person, who was also unsure if they could sell them through the phone, but let me buy some anyway! Since they were unsure, they only let me get 4 boxes.

1-877-560-6477 press #1 and then tell the person you have a sku, which is...400007313491

I have over $400 in disney gift cards, I'm just waiting for the day! I think the problem is that the boxes exist and are in stock in the racks in the back of the stores but the CM's are now allowed to stock them right now. Apparently you can get some over the phone but now that that word is out I bet only a handful more get them before they stop doing that too.
