Pin releases in waves

Talking to the Disney people I know. WDW has 3 waves on order and on paper they have not received any as of yet. DLR has 2 remaining orders on hold and Westward Ho is the only and last place for distribution.

To make the % off to be in effect, you must FAX a copy of your pass with the bar codes viewable to 407-828-2000 with your individual pending order # given to you once ordered.

The fax must contain the copy of your pass, full name, address and phone number. The same information given during the order.

Just saying, there are still 8000+ boxes out there between both parks.

I think they should let so many be available by phone or online and so many be available in stores. So that gives everyone the opportunity to purchase some. It really stinks when pins are released and people that live no where near the parks (like me) don't have the opportunity to purchase them.

<---- agrees with this 100% The re-sellers that mob the stores, buy up all of the stock and then gouge those that don't live close enough to get them is really getting out of hand. The greedy markups on everything from park pins to DSF pins is nauseating. Honestly I understand that people need to make money and that the harder to come by pins may call for markups but really double or triple the retail price for almost any LE and that is here on this board! Feels like a back alley eBay looking through some of the for sale threads. Sheesh.
 
So everyone who called in an order for more than 2 boxes is going to get the excess amount refunded to their card?

Does anyone know whether they accept gift cards? I have a few left over :)

P.S. I don't see every LE pin have a mark-up of 2-3x the retail. Just the ones that people had to stand in line forever and a day for :eek2:

It's a 40 pin set with LR and LE pins. So if you were to collect the whole thing, it would be 80 pins. These are the pin options, this comes in every box...

They are gorgeous. The only reason I know about them is I happen to be at WDW when they were originally released. The LE pins are gold in sections and are LE of 200.
 
Not sure. DLR sold out in 10 min this morning, I read and I don't know about WDW. You might have luck calling. I ordered mine by phone on Monday.
 
Never mind I just ordered 4 boxes on the phone. She told me that California will get a shipment in two more days but I couldn't wait so I just went ahead and order :-) lets hope I get some up pins
