U.S. shipping with Delivery Confirmation is $3 for the first pin and 50 cents for each pin after.

I accept Paypal either as goods or payment owed. Either is fine but if you choose to send as goods then you need to cover the fee. Sending as a personal payment/payment owed does not get you Paypal protection so I leave it up to the buyer.

If you spend $200 or more I'll ship for free and if you spend $250 or more I'll give you a 10% discount on everything you buy. Thanks!
