Profiles are being shipped. Refunds are being sent. Taste of royalty are not here. Gold member pins are being shipped. Pins@cost are shipped. HotArt live sales are shipped. Le100 pins are shipped. Classic #2 are not here. Event grail table pop arts are shipped. There are 4 of us working 24/7 to get this all done. Anyone looking for a job in San Diego? Have the pins@cost shipped for a while now or should I be concerned? I didn't receive a shipping notification...

I need a job! lol I can handle shipping from IL.

"Good morning, shipping update.

Kristi is personally shipping all of the pins now. She has all pins in hand except the Le500 animals that are being sent to her today, the Taste of royalty ( Which we have no current update on.), the classic cutouts #2 ( Which are the 2 aerial, stitch fluffy, pu friends, Scar, Bambi, and olaf).

The land #1 series is here. She still has to box and ship them.

She has been shipping the profiles as fast as she can. There was a bit of miscommunication as to how many pins were actually shipped out.

All refunds have been sent except for a few of the European customers. She is working on those today as well. If there was a mistake in your refund please contact Kristi personally. She will take care of it.

She will send the gold member invoices for the email they received tomorrow. Remember you have until midnight today to place your order. This is a gold member exclusive sale.

All pins@cost have shipped out.

All live HotArt trading pins for SoCal that have been paid are shipped as well.

And last but not least any order that was placed on the website from September 1st till present, she just received those orders and will be shipping your pins this week as well.

As you can see Kristi is extremely busy and if she does not answer your email text or message right away please understand she's working to get all your pins to you.

I'm afraid they'll get stuck in limbo, and we'll just end up with a refund. :/

At this point I would not be surprised. Disappointed but not surprised.

I’m hoping Elsa is among the profiles that are shipping.

I got a shipping notice late Sunday. It showed the invoice for my whole order so I'll see what actually arrives. I would like all of it to arrive, but I had the Mrs. Potts on this order and I don't know if it is here.
