I would be glad to help out, but can you provide the descriptions as well? Not sure I would be able to do an adequate write up just from the picture.
 
@PinPics_Ambassador I've been adding quite a few pins lately, including the latest DSSH postcard set (minus Merida). I still don't see them on the site although I added Dante PTD and Ele-Finnick PTD in the same go. All the pics were taken on the same background and filled out with good detail. I did have to pass an additional CAPTCHA for adding too many pins in a short time, but I still got the screen that "Pin was successfully submitted."

Do you have any idea what's going on with those?
 
I'm sorry to say, Ele-Finnick is actually a duplicate ^^;;
It was already listed as Pin 127531 DSSH - Pin Trader Delight PTD - Finnick- Zootopia GWP

Edit: Ahh yes, you're right though. i thought I searched both ele-finnick and finnick before i submitted.. oh well. @PinPics_Ambassador : There seems to be duplicate of ele-finnick as @pretty Omi mentioned
 
And they changed the name, so I just submitted a comment to include ele-finnick for search purposes since that was the official name.

Pretty much all the latest ones you see with black felt background is my submission. I've been very busy!

Yes you're right. I made an edit. I also submitted a comment on the actual listing that it's a duplicate. Hopefully, they will sort it out lol

That's embarrassing! I even had the original one on my pinpics collection but somehow missed it!
 
But anyway, hopefully they can also address my original question at hand since a new submission AND a duplicate were added and not the rest of my pins.
 
haha yes, Thank You to everyone that wrote in about the duplicate Finnick PTD.
We have moved watzshakinbacon to the naughty list for that.
There is a high volume of pins being submitted and with summer we have children
at home and vacations to go on so approval is slowed down but I see that new ones
are approved everyday, we will get caught up. If you have submitted pins that can
not be approved because of pics then please attach as jpgs to the emails that I have
sent. We will get caught up, never fear Your PinPics Team is here c:
 
Ditto... I also have uploaded a number of pins... 12 on Friday and Saturday last week. 5 of them finally appeared yesterday and one pin I uploaded will not appear since another person's upload of the same pin posted sometime in the last few days. That leaves 6 more to be accounted for from over a week ago. Anyway, I think my point is... we are all waiting. Its a slow process no doubt. Especially after the back-log from when no one could upload pins in Pinpics. I imagine there are quite a few duplicates in the pending system at this point and it would be great if they could be caught up... duplicates not only waste the uploader's time, but the pinpics approvers time in trying to know if a pin has been previously approved. It is always disappointing to make the effort to upload and then to have your pin never appear (because of duplication.)

WSB: from your description, I don't think we have any overlap. I did the DSSH Patriotic pins (Judy is the one that is now appearing, but it wasn't my upload), this months DS Mickey Memory set, and some pins from China/Japan that I have been meaning to upload for probably close to a year.
 


@PinPics_Ambassador I'm sad to be on the naughty list! However, my original question is still not answered. Have you received the latest DSSH postcard submissions from me since they were submitted at the same time as Dante PTD (and the duplicate Finnick)? I just don't want to submit them again since these do take quite some time.
 

I believe I uploaded the DSSH Patriotic Judy.

I guess we all just have to be patient. I also want to know what happens if I'm on the naughty list! I hope it doesn't prevent me from uploading more pins
 
sorry, yes, there are Postcards in the system, no do not ever send in the same pin twice,
you could be put on a list that you can never get off from c: lol

I think that the staff will be organizing today to get these all taken care of and yes, there
are many duplicates. There were 3 submissions of the Tiki Room Anniversary Pins. The
first ones had no descriptions so the 2nd ones that were sent in were approved. We are
very sorry for any disappointment about having your submissions being passed over.
It is out goal to be able to approve all submitted when they come in. Folks still do not
follow the guidelines to make this a reality. We do approve some with poor quality pics
so when you see these and can replace with a better pic, please do !

At least its not confusing like 'Mom'... which confused the heck out of me when Peachy kept using it for the BatB event. I kept thinking Peachy was bringing her mother to the DSSH event.
 
It would definitely be nice to know the status of pin submissions...is there already a submission...is there a problem with my submission...whatever happened to my submission...lots of time wasted without even knowing what happened.
 
I added 4 pins in early July and only two have been uploaded.
One was from an old frame set that wasn't listed yet (but other pins from the frame were) and the other was a Rapunzel medal pin from the marathons. Hoping these are still in the queue
