so if it's sold out does that mean we are unable to purchase? Would we be able to purchase if they weren't sold out? I'm just a little confused. TIA
 
I think it means the pin can no longer be purchased at retail at the original location in Shanghai

Merlin, the quarter is up on the last day of the month.

Once you have enough points (adding pin, adding a scrapper note, correcting SKU, correcting picture, etc. and it is approved), you can enter. I think you need 20 points by a certain date. Then you get an email from PinPics saying that you have enough points and to make your selection in order of what you want first, second, etc.
 
Where do you see your points? When I log on I see "Points:" with nothing after it. I have fixed about 10 SKU's about two weeks ago, and just submitted two pins last weekend (although they don't appear to be active), but still no points...

I think they expire after three months? I'm not sure the exact date, but they do go away after a bit. I had 44 not long ago, and now I'm down to 1. XD Guess I'll be taking some pictures this weekend! :3

Does the free year of entries for PinCon subscribers (gold and silver subscribers get a free year of entries) go into effect for this drawing? If so, do we need to do anything special to activate the free entry?

Yes the points expire 3 months from the day you received them. This happens automatically by the computer.

Yes you can use them for this quarter. Be sure to send in the certificate number to info@pinpics.com. Include your name and the certificate number you are using.
 
Pinpics won't let me upload any photos since they did the photo recognition thing ,I'm putting it on a white piece of paper but it just keeps coming up blank . I have quite a few photos to add of Duffy and ShellieMay pins. Can anyone help me please ?

Chances are the photos you are trying to add are too large. Please email me one of your pictures and I can look at it. Send it to my personal email address.
 
Thanks David! Would you be able to check on my points as well? I submitted 6 pins a couple of weeks ago and only 1 has shown up. Thank you!
 
Thanks David! Is there a place we can check our certificate numbers? Were they emailed to us, given out at the event, etc.?
