There are some serious scammers out there.People who look through your wants list and ask you what your grails are, then all of the sudden they are pm'ing you saying "oh I have that pin!"
 
I could see her cherry-red lips crack a smile as I sat down at the bar.

"We don't get too many strangers around here," she said

I took a quick second to assess the situation. Looking around the bar, I could see two punks giving me the up-and-down. This wasn’t exactly the most welcoming establishment in town.

“I wonder why,” I said back to the dame.

I took the deck out of my front pocket and lit a cigarette. The thick cloud of smoke surrounded me and my freshly poured gin. I shot back my midnight snack, letting the addictive burn take over as it went down my throat.

“Interested in some DSF pins?,” she asked smoothly. I may be buzzed, but I’m no sap. This dame was getting to the point quickly, and I was determined to find out why.

“ Why sure,” I said, playing along.

Five minutes later I found myself outside, looking at obvious scrappers. I wouldn’t have played along this long if those gams of hers weren’t out of this world.

She leaned in close to my ear, and said, “ I’ve been looking for you Noir”. Then I heard a sharp click and felt the barrel of her roscoe jab into my ribs.

I knew it was too good to be true.
