I have a question... Since Moe has "moved up" so to speak, does he now have the ability to try to take one of the pins in the purple level that are locked in?

I think Angel said last night, that a lower locked pin can be requested by a higher level player... But that the owner has the choice to say no.

No, he does not have the abillity to unlock a purple category because he started in the purple and not the green. Only original green players can unlock a purple.
