Hey everyone,

So as Designer Pins get harder and harder to come by my friend who just started here on the pin forum says she might finally go for her holy grails! She would purchase the set with the help of all you lovely pin traders if you're interested! NOTE: the set has not been purchased, this is a preliminary forum to gauge interest.

So she would want the Rapunzel pin, the Jasmine pin and Ariel, but she says she does not HAVE to have her if someone wants her enough.

So these are the princesses that are left
Belle
Mulan
Aurora
Pocahontas
Cinderella
Tiana
Ariel?? (If you're interested let me know in a comment or PM)
Snow White

The pins are all averaged out to 160 a piece based on the potential purchase price of the set, and there will be no calibrating for popularity since they are all so pricey now we should all get a fair shot at our dream princess pin!! And just coming from someone who has seen the whole set in person, they are SOOOOOO much more gorgeous than any picture can ever capture. These sets are only going to get rarer and more pricey so here's a chance to snag one or two princesses in a CO-OP!!

You really need to calibrate this one for popularity. Punzel has a fairly well established price in the $350 range, and ariel is generally around $200ish. The rest fall in about 100-120 range. I know the last ebay set was negotiated down to at least $1450 so hopefully you can find a set for that much.

I've run into too many problems calibrating for popularity. This is a post to see if there is enough interest. If not all the pins are spoken for then everyone loses out, simple as that.

Okay since this probably isn't going to work unless the less popular princesses are lowered what would be fair? Please list the princesses you are interested in and your best offer for them. Please be fair.

I'm interested in Pocahontas, Mulan and Cinderella (<- wait list, I didn't see doudlebug called dibs lol) depending on the price because I know those are some of the less popular...

Ariel is my main collection, so I'm drooling over her, let me know what the price ends up being and ill find a way to make it happen.
Also, let me know which don't have anyone interested. I would be willing to sell my designer villains in order to be able to do this co-op.
I don't see anything on eBay, so can we ask what the price is for the set so we can better estimate costs?
Thanks,
Maritza

I can make a total for 1590.00
Rapunzel - 350
Ariel - 180
Belle - 130
Mulan - 130
Tiana - 130
Cinderella - 130
Jasmine - 130
Aurora - 130
Snow White - 150
Pocahontas - 130

So.. that's what I came up with. Anyone else got input?

I think belle is one of the harder/pricier ones too

Considering the thing fell through (which is sad, I'd be quite interested in Ariel had Mahrii not beaten me to the punch...or flipper in this occasion), how much was the set going for? This is just me being curious because I'm trying to gauge how much the whole set would be nowadays. I get more than enough tuition in scholarship money so I'm trying to figure out if I could purchase the whole set theoretically if I was given the chance to using the leftover money from my college scholarships (it would sure be my motivation for going through college this year lol).

The set sold for 1600, and now it is in demand again since there are not any left on ebay. So, it will probably be really high next time it comes around because there will be someone, somewhere, willing to shell out the cash in such large quantities. IMO I could never justify paying that much for a piece of metal. I love pins, but not so much that I would choose between them and overhauling my car LOL but that is how much it sold for :/
